SKIP HIRE TERMS & CONDITIONS:
All prices include 2 weeks hire as standard; The skip will be AUTOMATICALLY collected after the weeks hire is up unless we are told to collect before. At this current moment in time we DO NOT extend this hire period.
If we attempt to collect the skip and for some reason, we can not get access to it you will be charged for a failed collection fee of £20.00. If your skip is booked for collection, please ensure its accessible.
All payments MUST be paid on delivery or before delivery of the skip, If no payment is made, we will not leave the skip on site until payment has been made.
LEVEL LOADS ONLY! If the skip is overloaded the driver can remove all the items which exceed the sides. Please do NOT try to raise the sides with wood or any other materials as this will be removed and excess waste will be taken off. Why do we do this? If our driver collects an overloaded skip and some items fall off and cause an accident the DRIVER is responsible for this and could lose his license or worst. If the driver says its OVERLOADED please remove the overloaded items.
We do NOT accept the following items in the skips:
– Asbestos Of Any Kind
– Gas Canisters (including fire extinguishers)
– Car/Motor Bike Tyre’s
– Faeces
Maximum Of 10% Combined Of The Following Materials:(Prices for these materials over can be priced)
(E.G. 2% CARPET, 5% UNDERLAY, 3% ROOFING FELT) (NOT 10% of each material)
– Carpet / Underlay
– Roofing Felt
– Artificial Turf
– Plasterboard
Quantity Restricted Items/ EXTRA CHARGES:
– Mattress (Double or Single) £30.00 EACH
– Fridge OR freezer £30.00 EACH
– MAXIMUM 10 Near Empty Paint Tins/Oil
12 Yard Skips can not be more than half filled with heavy waste such as: soil, clay, hardcore, tiles or concrete. 16 Yard skips CAN NOT have any heavy waste in.
IMPACT SKIP BAGS LTD do NOT give allocated time slots. Our Delivery Hours Are Between 7am – 5pm. We may extend these if we are running behind.
IMPACT SKIP BAGS LTD hold NO responsibility for injury or damage caused whilst the skip is being delivered, being collected or on hire. This is purely the customers responsibility making sure certain precautions are in place. If there is any access issues it is down to the customer to let us know of this before collection/delivery of the skip.
Cancellations/Refunds – If you wish to cancel your skip we require 24hours notice otherwise we are unable to provide a refund.
